原始的材料透過化學公式轉化， 而那種天然機率下的產物，
經過現代的累積計算， 生活的鮮味油然而生。
在自然中找到複製的規律， 在氣味裡回到當下的時節， 在時間中找到厚度的漸層。
一場關於時間與鹽的對弈， 如同生活中的產物都是不同個體交互及相生的作用，
